For the World Solar challenge. Together with the University of Bochum we developed these tyres for the World Solar challenge in Australia. In addition to the low rolling resistance, high durability and reliability is also very important. Special Solar-Compound. Tubeless. Designed for speeds of 100 to 120 km/h (ECE certified!).
The first special tyre for tricycle recumbents. Tyre construction
and profile contours are co-ordinated with the special requirements
of a multi-track vehicle in mind. Tricycle recumbents exert completely
different loads on tyres than conventional bicycles. Nevertheless the
tyres must be light and fast, because drive is still achieved through
muscle power and should therefore be as effective as possible.
Massive motor vehicle tyres are out of the question. The Tryker takes
on the challenge of minimal rolling friction and high durability for the
recumbent tricyclist. It has ECE-R75 certification for faster E-Bikes.
Follow my leader. The first special tire for bicycle trailers.
Developed in close co-operation with CHARIOT. The design is
exactly co-ordinated to the requirements of a bicycle trailer.
Material is used only where it is needed. Thus the Tracer is at the
same time lighter, more durable and more comfortable than other
tyres of the same size. Naturally with 50 EPI carcass, puncture
protection belt and a single-sided reflective line.
